2GO OUT Porto participated in the 4th Circular Cities Declaration Signatories Webinar

2GO OUT Consulting presented the Porto Sector-wide Circularity Assessment (Bio-Waste) in the 4th Circular Cities Declaration (CCD) Signatories Webinar dedicated to Urban Metabolism. This event was promoted by ICLEI Europe and took place last 18 January, with the participation of several cities.

Financing opportunities for the waste sector

Pedro Fonseca Santos, Managing partner of 2GO OUT Consulting, participated as a speaker on December 16 at the XI National Meeting on Waste Management, an event organized by APEMETA that took place in Lisbon, having made a presentation on "Funding opportunities for the waste sector".

Launch of CityLoops Collaborative Network

The CityLoops collaborative network was launched in Porto, a partnership that unites municipal entities, the social sector and tourism organisations in the Northern Region in the prevention and reduction of food waste and in the circularity of the management of bio-waste, which took place at the Porto Innovation Hub, on 9 December.

SO WHAT - Supporting new Opportunities for Waste Heat and cold valorization towards EU decarbonization, a project by a European consortium from 9 countries and 20 partners, including 2GO OUT Consulting, received, on June 1, a visit from Francesco Peccianti and Giorgio Bonvicini, from RINA Consulting, coordinating entity.

HOOP strengthens Europes urban bioeconomy

HOOP | Producing bio-based products from urban solid waste and urban waste water Working together to strengthen Europe’s urban bioeconomy, HOOP will help recover valuable resources from biowaste and urban wastewater to make biobased products such as polymers and biofertilizers. HOOP is funded by Horizon 2020, with €8M.
